John and Danya Reider

John Reider has been active in commercial real estate acquisition, management since 1984 and opened John Reider Properties with his wife Danya in 1995 in Harker Heights. Since then, his Brother-in-Law, Barry Hinshaw and youngest daughter, Lauren Reider-Hallmark have joined this family owned and operated real estate brokerage as Commercial Property Managers and Realtors.

Danya joined John in opening the brokerage in 1995 after working in property management throughout Texas since 1984 as a property manager. That experience was invaluable in successfully incorporating commercial property management into the brokerage. With 20+ years of commercial lease negotiations and site management, she oversees both commercial property management and real estate sales and acquisition with the team of professionals at John Reider Properties and is privileged to work with her family daily.

John has an extensive understanding of commercial sales and development to include site selection and contract negotiations, city planning requirements, zoning and platting.

He has served as a City Councilman in the City of Harker Heights for a combined total of 18 years and Planning and zoning for 2 years. This combined service has given John invaluable experience and knowledge in city comprehensive planning and development.

John and Danya have been married and resided in Bell County since 1985 and have three daughters and four grandchildren, all residing in Bell County.
